FundedLab Radar is operated by Autrey Holdings. This notice explains what the service collects and why.
Information we collect
We collect the delivery email and the brief parameters you submit, including capability, territory, funding window, and minimum award. We also store order status, timestamps, Stripe references, generated report data, limited campaign tags included in the link you visited, and first-party funnel events such as landing-page views, form progress, checkout starts, completed payments, and report delivery.
Payment information
Stripe processes payment information on its hosted checkout. FundedLab Radar does not receive or store complete card numbers, bank credentials, or card security codes.
How information is used
We use order information to prepare and deliver the requested brief, provide order history when you sign in, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, reconcile payments, and maintain business records.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that operate the website, authentication, database, payment, and email-delivery workflow, or when required by law. Public search parameters are sent to NIH RePORTER to retrieve award records. We do not sell customer information or request access to private CRM records, proposals, or customer lists.
Retention and security
Order records are retained for fulfillment, support, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Access to the fulfillment queue is restricted to the operator through server-side authorization. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Analytics and advertising
This site does not install third-party advertising pixels. It records a temporary random session identifier, the page path, selected capability, campaign tags, and funnel-event name so campaign performance can be evaluated. These events do not contain an email address, complete IP address field, or payment-card data. Payment and delivery events are associated with the corresponding order. If third-party analytics or advertising tools are added, this notice will be updated before those tools collect information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of order information, subject to records that must be retained for payment, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal reasons. Use the support method described on the Support page.
